Nothing makes me happier than working with people to find simple solutions to complex problems. I have spent the last 7 years working in Medical Devices finding the right product solution for Spinal Surgeons and conceptualising, developing and improving educational products for sales people and surgeons alike.

  • I identified a need for tracking skills development for new starters as well as a need to map out their onboarding to improve efficiency

  • I manage an annual budget of several £100k each year

  • I analysed the use of stock in our various accounts as well as sales activity to identify where we can use education to win business

Created Brand New Customer Education Offering
  • I created a roadmap that aligned with company strategy for the education of customers on our key products.

  • The development required buy in from the Sales Director, Marketing Lead, Education Director and Sales Management

Process Improvement Through User Research
  • I wanted to improve course application rate throughout the company
